My son has '75 and '98 corvettes. I bought a used '03. And 8 friends
meet at a local corvette shop every Monday. I see the old 'vetts, but
really enjoy the new ones. Nostalgia is a wonderful thing, but the
older cars lack a lot of function and manners.
Manners? Maybe that's it.
I liked the 'vette back when it was still rude, crude and socially
unacceptable.
