Any of you come across this problem before and know how to resolve it? Remembering it is always good to back things up, I have a spare drive which I back up photos and e-mail too and have done so for months. I now have a problem retrieving stored e-mail. When I try to open it the following message appears with a small red cross underneath:
The messaging interface has returned an unknown error. If the problem persists, restart Outlook. Restarting Outlook does not help. Google searches and looking on the Microsoft website don't seem to come up with an answer which relates to the problem I have. Any ideas?
