b.. Backpacks and backpack baby carriers
c.. Bags, camera bags or purses larger than 13"x17"
d.. Shopping bags
e.. Flowers or balloons
f.. Food or drink
g.. Toys
h.. Tripods, flash attachments and video cameras
i.. Umbrellas (small umbrellas can be stowed in bags)
j.. Wrapped packages (gifts)
