Don't we all? I'm married to an accountant, so we generally end up owing money to both the feds and the state - why give them a free loan of your money? But that's not the big demand on the bank account at present - far more of a strain is coming because we're doing a complete kitchen remodel; everything goes out, one interior wall gets modified, and new floor, cabinets and appliances go in. The only thing that we are keeping from the old kitchen is the oven - it's a fairly new double wall oven - and even that is moving to a new position. With any luck we'll actually get to use the new kitchen this time; the last time we upgraded the kitchen my job suddenly switched to the other side of the country, and so we ended up selling the house after only a couple of years with our new kitchen.
