I saw an exhibition a few years ago of Quentin Blakes's work and associated
artefacts. He has a lot quills from different birds which he uses for
drawing. One of the highlights was some large drawings of birds with the
very quills he used to draw them. They included such things as ostrich,
vulture, swan and so on. Can't remember a cormorant though.
