I have to apologise in advance... this isn't a very good photo as I snapped it with my cellphone a while ago.
http://www.multi.net.nz/baillie/ Baillie is a friendly little cat who lives about halfway around the block from my place. I go past his (or her) house on the way to & from work as there's a foot/cycle bridge across the river at the end of that street. I quite often find him sitting at the end of his driveway waiting for his people to come home to give him food and attention. Sometimes he's on the fence catching a sunbeam. Whenever I see him I always stop for a quick chat. He's quite good at lifting my spirits after a crappy day at work. If I ever go that way with a Pentax I'll see if I can get a better photo...
