For those posting links for book purchase, please use the link to my web site - http://www.robertstech.com/pdmlbook - even though it just points to the Blurb site. The reason for doing so is that if we need to make any further corrections/changes to the book (hey, it could happen) Blurb makes me re-upload the entire book and then lists it as a *new* book at a *new* URL, so the old URL becomes defunct :( Yes, I've explained to them why this is bad web design but I don't expect them to fix it any time soon.
