Yes, I see that when I put together an order, too.

But if I put together a standard order, without the coupon, the price
is exactly what a regular-paper book would be. Mark says that he hasn't
made a premium paper version available, so I assume the usual price
($49.99 or so for a hardcover image-wrap) is a regular-paper book.

Putting in that coupon gets a discount off the total price ($49.99 for
a book, plus the appropriate extras for tax and shipping).

If there were a premium paper version (which would be more expensive
than the regular-paper version) then this discount coupon would bring
the price back down to the price of the normal version; it wouldn't
make it several dollars cheaper than the regular-paper version.

That's why I don't believe you'll end up with a premium-paper version
by specifying this coupon. You will save a few dollars off the price,
though. But that's not what I'm looking for; I want premium paper.
