Walking around equipment. Having just aquired a SFX with F100/2.8 macro (and bagged the SFX for a being a little on the ugly side) I am actually quite impressed. I love the ability to grip the camera with a full hand. It feels very safe and secure, so much so that I've removed the neck strap, and added a very thin wrist strap from a disused Ricoh P&S. The 100 is great to use walking around: it covers bugs, flowers, cats, people and birds. Data Imprinting and SFX. I developed one roll of B&W film from the SFX with the data printer on. I was surprised at how far into the negative it intruded, to the point where it has rendered half of the negs unusable. (I was shooting children in a child care centre). In many of the shots, (mostly vertical) the data is imprinted right on the edge of the child's head. I sort of thought it may be a little less obvious than this. I don't think I'll use it again, unless I learn to compensate for in the composure. Just fishing a little, but is it possible to move the data imprint to the edge of the film?
