Seriously Brian, looking at what you call black hole output next to my output since my illnesses makes me beg to be in YOUR black hole instead of MINE. imvho you have very little to worry about, all you have to do I think is to look for some new subjects, maybe a new technique or two and you'll be just fine. Looks to me more like you're bored by your own work because while it is all quite to very god, much of it is similar to what others could/would make of the same subjects which is not a bad thing at all. Being critical of oneself should be a good thing in anyone's book.
