That's not a bad shot.  I like the vertical stacking of the birds in the 
horizontal frame. 
You need to go back in a week or so when the male is in full breeding plumage 
and tell 
the female to keep her tail feathers out of the male's face :-)

How much cropping and/or post-processing was involved?  It looks like some 
sharpening artifacts 
are visible on the female's head.
