Well, it's all determined withing 60 total votes. However, if a submission 
receives 20 "no" votes prior to the total vote count reaching 6o..it's toast.
So, minimum number of votes any one picture may receive (including most of 
mine) is 20..if all votes are "no."
Remember John, I said some may chose to consider such a vote imbalance as a 
measure of what's good or bad. I don't take it for granted.
