No, it does not.

I was born in Cook County Hospital. Spent my first 5 years or so in Evanston, at 1620 Asbury (no longer there) When my grandfather built the house there the city asked him what house number he wanted, as his was the first one on that side of the street. He chose 1620 for his forbearers who come over on the Mayflower.
