Don't know what the original language was and why the guns are there at the

Looks like it's probably Japanese with the .jp domain.
Bable Fish translates "Luftwaffen Eigentum" as "Airforce property".
Donor camera looks to be a WWII Nazi German era Leica, and the guns are
similar vintage - Luger P08 & MP 44.
A little quick internet research says almost all of the so called
Luftwaffe Leicas are Russian fakes.
After the war anyone with a real one wanted to get rid of the Nazi
connection, but later a collector's market grew up in Nazi memorabilia &
a lot of post-war Russian copies got modified to become German military
Leicas.
