I believe you have to opt-in to the HTML5 beta (and, of course, be
running a supported browser).

If the Flash-based video is causing problems, it's probably worth
trying HTML5 as an alternative.
I'll keep that in mind if it starts doing it again. It did it for a week
or two and then stopped; started working normally again.
No changes to my computer on this end that would account for either.
