Yes, this is short notice. It's been scheduled for some time, but due to various crisis, I haven't fully put the word out until I was pretty certain that it wasn't going to get canceled at the last moment.
As per most of my parties it should have an eclectic mixture of interesting people show up, or possibly an interesting mixture of eclectic people.
We're about 10 miles from the beach, 1 mile from the nearest winery, and walking distance to a state park, so there's plenty to do if you want to come over earlier in the day.
We also have a rather nifty race car museum in the area, a steam train and a few other fun things to do and/or photograph.
In theory, the party starts at about 8PM and lasts until sometime late into the wee hours.
