Thanks everyone!

My husband started out at Circle Campus (now called University of Illinois-Chicago), but the university used to bus the students to Navy Pier for gym class. He'd have to get on a yellow school bus. Still makes me giggle when I think about it. Cheers, Christine

Wow. Looks great. Nice shot!
When I was a teenager, the Navy still did some work there, and the old Silversides submarine and a small destroyer were parked alongside. The University of Illinois used one of the buildings for its Chicago campus, and the rest of the pier was barren and in disrepair.
