Not at my actual machine at the moment so this is from memory - you
have been warned...

In the mail window, there is a "tools" button on the top bar.  Drop
the list down and there is an "import" one.  Press that and you get a
small window with choices of things to import.  For example,
bookmarks, address books and mail.  That's as far as I went last night
(Mark!) but I assume that clicking the "mail" button and then
proceeding will get you a question and answer routine of where the
mail is that you wish to import and of what gender it is.  That should
do it but it _may_ overwrite your existing folders, rather than
adding.  You may want to export them beforehand to a safe place.

Netscape guru?
