Frantisek,

Neil is right.  There is no separate flash compensation on the Z-1.  It's a 
fine camera, but I added a Z-1p that a list member was retiring for the 
separate flash compensation (fill flash) and the faster winder speed (~3.5 
fps vs 2 fps).

    is that really true? Did you use both bodies, or did you heard it?
 
 I am unsure because I held a friend's Z1 and I think I remember
 setting flash compensation SEPARATELY from ambient compensation.
 Please check somebody with Z1 body.     >>
