Depending on the condition, I would consider this a more than acceptable
amount.

In my case I would fire all of the shutter speeds manually to see if they
seem to be at least close then expose a role of slide film using the camera 
under
various lighting conditions, (If you have the time to get it developed to 
check
for meter accuracy). Try a flash, preferably a dedicated unit
to make sure that all flash functions work correctly.  Make sure that the
Motor's batteries will hold a charge, You don't mention if you're getting a 
charger
unit, make sure you do.  Service for sticky mirror is a good point you 
shouldn't
have to worry about that.  These cameras generally fetch $500 - $600 or so 
on E-Bay in
close to mint condition.  A NiCd pack is about $150 - $200 and the Motor 
$300+, looks
like you've got a good deal.
