I meant to comment on this as well, but didn't have time. I have well over two
dozen Pentax lenses, and some of my favorites are M versions. The M35/2.0 is a
gem. The M200/4 is a marvelously compact yet very efficient lens. The M135/3.5
is magnificently sharp with great color reproduction. It's one of the most
underrated lenses as all time. And the much maligned yet overpriced 40/2.8 is
actually a very good lens. And its extremely compact shape makes it a welcome
addition to any kit. The M 50/1.7 is the favorite 50 of many. It's certainly a
keeper. There are more of course, but these are some of my favorites from the M
range.
