I meant to comment on this as well, but didn't have time. I have well over two dozen Pentax lenses, and some of my favorites are M versions. The M35/2.0 is a gem. The M200/4 is a marvelously compact yet very efficient lens. The M135/3.5 is magnificently sharp with great color reproduction. It's one of the most underrated lenses as all time. And the much maligned yet overpriced 40/2.8 is actually a very good lens. And its extremely compact shape makes it a welcome addition to any kit. The M 50/1.7 is the favorite 50 of many. It's certainly a keeper. There are more of course, but these are some of my favorites from the M range. Paul - This message is from the Pentax-Discuss Mail List.
