seems my friends are safe . a look at south eastern France , around
the town of Draguignan. they'd never seen anything like it : the
equivalent of 3 months rain in 24 hours. strong winds gathered all the
storms in a narrow corridor over the region. In 10 minutes, the water
went up two meters in Draguignan, four meters in other places and small
rivulets turned to raging rivers ...... some people saw a wave rushing
down mainstreet .
the video starts with main street Figanière after and then during the
flood . Impressive !
