"subscribers" i would take to mean people reading your RSS feed, and that's a hard one to measure because a lot of RSS feeds are aggregated through services like Google's Feedproxy, which means you can't count hits on your feed directly
but you can count regular page visits in lots of ways, one of the better ones being Google Analytics; maybe Google Analytics can measure RSS hits via Feedproxy?
it took over ten minutes for that page to load on my low-end DSL (or was your site overloaded?); when it was done i sorted out that you are using something called "ProPhoto" which seems to be WordPress-based -- WordPress can certainly do stats, including Google Analytics, but i've no idea if ProPhoto makes it easier or harder
