Thank you, Paul, for your response.

Some people have a sturdy hand and can cut in a straight line even
without any ruler or a t-square.

I can do things at micro- and nanoscale, but when things get macroscopic, 
that's when I start having less then perfect results or spend too much
time. A convenient paper trimmer would save me time.
