I posted a while ago about my A*300mm being seemingly suddenly unable to focus on objects further away than about 200 to 300 yards, and that I had, (horrors), dropped my A 24mm f2.8, breaking it such that it seemed beyond repair.

Well I sent the out for repair and they're back.

I haven't been able to test the 300mm thoroughly yet, but the A24mm focuses again! While it will never mount a filter, the threads were completely mangled, and the focus action is just a bit rougher than it was, (if it hadn't been so smooth before it would hardly be worth commenting on). It seems to work amazingly well.

The cost was very reasonable. More when I shoot some test shots.

At the moment I'm a very happy camper.
