Their objective in killing the BIN is to get the gear at less than the BIN,
presumably because they value it at less than the BIN. Therefore, this
"tactic" is no good against somebody like you who values the gear at more
than the BIN. Simply quote a maximum bid equal to the BIN, and you will win
against anybody who uses that "kill the BIN" strategy.
