Thanks Rob. I think the chrome caps on the end of the fenders are just 
surrounds for the turn signals. A little fifties-style window dressing. While 
Exner designed the body, Ghia built it. Under the skin, it's a shortened 
Chrysler New Yorker, which was a reasonably nice chassis and powertrain for the 
day. As far as I could tell, the restoration is flawless.
