Went to a wedding a couple of weeks ago. The ceremony was performed outdoors in a wood behind the reception venue. My photos were pretty bland, but I did like this one I got of the fellow playing the music. It was quite dark, but I used some fill-flash to bring him out a bit. My question is: what do you think of the exposure? I'm concerned that his white clothing is a bit overpowering. OTOH, there seems to be enough detail. Thoughts?
http://knarfinthecity.blogspot.com/2010/08/forest-music.html Otherwise, if one didn't know the circumstances, I think it's kind of interesting, almost absurd, that this guy's just out there in the forest with a Strat and Fender Twin Reverb (like, where did he plug in?). Comments welcome. Hope you enjoy. cheers, frank -- "Sharpness is a bourgeois concept." -Henri Cartier-Bresson -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
