Hi all, This shot really made me want a nice, fast, macro or short focus prime lens. Instead, it was taken with the 18-55mm DAL kit lens that came with my K-x. It was pretty breezy at the time, and under a setting sun. So, I suppose I was lucky to get the shot to come out as well as it did. But, in the end, I think it does capture what I was looking for when I took it, which is the sense of contrast both in color, and the elements of the shot -- the soft, downy feather against the old, hard, rusty iron.
