Lately the 24-90 has been spending more time on my camera than the 16-45 (whose "long end" is just too short much of the time). It almost never left my PZ-1p. On my digital bodies the focal length range is perfect for event shooting, in particular.
If Pentax fixes its SDM problem, I will probably get a 17-70. I like the last pic particularly.
