OK got it straight then =)

Technically this wasn't an on the job injury or rather it would have
to be proven in court that my burn out and subsequent illnesses was
monocausally work overload related. However, it is all covered under
my health plan so I get 63% of my last salary after taxes which is
enough to live on without accumulating an unmanageable debt.
Technically, I also get a small severance payment but it is all in the
form of not having to pay back overpaid salary portions so my debt
stays and I will have to deal with it some other way. If push comes to
shove, I can always sell a bunch of stuff or ask my family for help so
I will be OK =)

Cheers
