Sure ... for large values of "almost".
Make the value of "almost" large enough and Toronto's "almost" as far
south as Key West.
It depends on if you are an anal retentive pedant or someone who can operate
in a world of generalities and doesn't mind a little hyperbole every now and
again.
I figure T.O is perhaps 400 miles north of SF.
That really isn't very far considering that Canada is NORTH of the USA and
SF is in the third state south of the border.
You need to get out and talk with real people more often John.
