Pretty amazing work. Though as a curmudgeon I must point out that many are carved in Carpenter's Pencils, which are quite soft, as I suspect the others are the thrown out shorties that are no longer capable of being held. They also appear to be quite soft. I wonder if he does the work freehand or uses a reverse pantograph with a needle-like spinning grinding bit.

Very interesting way to spend one's time in the looney bin.  :-)
