Yes and no - it is better in that the reflections now form part of the
background and my attention is less drawn to the orange peel structure
of what /they/ call a car paint job these days (yes I know,
environmentally friendly water based, solvent free powder paints yada
yada) but it is worse to me in that the Cobra emblem is now so
dominant that the image has changed for me from a 'car detail shot
composed of reflections and an emblem' into a 'documentary headshot of
an emblem' photo if you catch my drift.
In your original photo I did like the idea of using the reflections, I
just found the reflections themselves a bit dominant. Does that make
me clear to you?
