Lessee: - I have a Timbuk2 Commute XL ... big honker with a padded laptop slot. I've carried two bodies, flash unit, and four pro-class lenses in it, along with the laptop, tons of other small junk: easy.
- My little bag these days is a Lowepro Terraclime 100. Petite, very light, simple. Holds either of my SLRs with a smallish lens or two, or the G1 with four lenses. For the gear you're listing, a Think Tank Photo "Retrospective 10" would do great.
