The spider is the best; such great light. And I commend you for not turning the saturation knob to 11 (or 111%, as the case may be). As far as composition and story-telling go, the fly is my favourite. I love wide open, empty(ish) frames. And the title is spot on, I fully expect to see the fly jump off, do a double backwards flip and dive into the pond.
