Don't get me started on buying an old house. Plumbing-wise I've got nice copper coming in (new MAIN shut-off valve, which is Very Good) and new copper to the main bath and water heater, but it is still iron pipe to the basement bath/washer/dryer and kitchen.. Just one of the things that I need to get finished. However, my wife fell in love with the "character" of the place and calls it our Hobbit House.
