Use the adjustment brush in the Develop module and set the sliders to reduce the exposure and/or the brightness.

The only comment I have is that the bright spots on the blanket and on
the top left of Winston's head are a bit distracting from His
Yumminess...
Do you have a recommendation on how I can fix those bright spots using
Lightroom?
