I use my K-7 almost exclusively with M and A lenses, the latter in normal M mode. Metering is inconsistent and varies greatly with the different lenses, e.g. it's OK with my M1.4/50 mm and totally off with the M2/85 mm. Since I've been using a Contarex with a 'tired' selenium meter for a number of years, I've learnt to estimate exposure, which is what I'm usually doing with the K-7.
