Considering how little a photographer makes/made he probably needed
the money. Considering that there was probably no actionable
information be sold the FBI was probably disappointed. If there were
any real federal laws being broken he should have reported it anyhow. I
find this horribly silly after all these years have past. Hoover is
dead. Who freaking cares?
