For decades, the Pentax booth at Photokina had been run by their own
sales staff. This used to be the only reason to go there because you
could talk directly to the guys who really knew it all.

In my book, this is yet another let-down after the European service
disaster. 

Meanwhile my K-7 has returned from a 3 week trip to their repair
service. The trigger button that would take a second to pop up again
after a shot has been replaced. Now it feels like you're pushing on a
piece of freshly spit out chewing gum. 

On my last two outings I haven't taken a single picture.
