I don't know about anything online, but if I were to try and give someone a crash course in such things I would recommend the following books: How To Read A Photograph, Ian Jeffrey. This is an analysis of quite large number of well-known classics as well as some lesser-known photographs. Photo Design, Harald Mante. The very best introduction to composition, therefore good for analysing as well as taking pictures. Out of print, but have a look on Amazon, he has reworked it all in some very recent books.
