Very late in responding to this, so my apologies. Believe it or not, Fantasy Farm is an event venue - banquet halls and the like. The day I took that photo I was actually at a wedding reception. Had to walk right through that doorway (the one on the right) to get to the reception. Notwithstanding the portable toilet (I think they were doing some exterior renovations and presumably it was for the workers) it's actually quite a nice place, nestled on the side of the verdant Don River Valley.
