I've taken the adapter off of the lens and put it back on - multiple times.
Everything SEEMS to be in the right place, but still no controllable aperture
from the camera body.
Has anyone dealt with this before and can give me a step-by-step "check this"
procedure?
Took the mount off and reattached it about 10 times. This would have been easier with a
manual, but it appears there are some interlocking bits that have to be "just
so" for it all to come together.
Now that I've figured out what was wrong, I can't for the life of me figure out how it
all got "out of whack" in the first place, though! Was someone disassembling
my lens when I wasn't looking??
IIRC, everything has to be at max aperture (smallest number) for it all
to go together properly.
