Michele, Apologies, I hope I haven't offended you with my "Try this" comment. I actually like the pic a lot, and the more I look at it the more I like it. The pattern on the wall/ roof (apart from the pulsating bit) looks quite a lot like the rubber grip on the Pentax lenses. Perhaps I should be less flippant with other peoples work. Once again, my apologies.
