Yes. I'm quite sure I've read those kinds of statements here, especially WRT to the K10D.
Overall I think the list has moderated a bit over the past several years. Having spent thousands on Pentax gear though, I reserve the right to complain loudly and vigourously, whenever I get the urge, or when I need to project some other personal issue on to Pentax. :-) I could kick my dog instead, But why, when there's Pentax?
