Nice stuff there Ted.
I went recently to a local air museum that has a number of British
warplanes, including a Hawker Hunter which was built while I worked for
Hawker Aircraft Co. in 1956.  This was quite spooky, as it is very possible
that some of the cockpit canopy parts were those I had treated when I spent
six weeks in the anodising plant.  At least they had obviously not failed,
so maybe I did a better job than an inattentive apprentice usually did!
