This is more a case of wondering what the plane is, rather than look at the pretty picture...
I was meeting some friends for dinner the other night, and while waiting for some of the group to show up, I wasted some bits on the pretty sunset. I noticed that the plane in the background was a turboprop. Unfortunately I had my fast/sharp 16-50 rather than the versatile 18-250 lens on the camera, so the plane isn't as clear as it might be. Even so, just curious if anyone can ID it: http://www.flickr.com/photos/ellarsee/5039082245/ close crop here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/ellarsee/5039703650/ It isn't by any chance the same type as the plane in this photo is it? http://antwrp.gsfc.nasa.gov/apod/ap100929.html No, the APOD is not mine, I wasn't even in the same hemisphere, but it's still a cool shot. -- Larry Colen [email protected] sent from i4est -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
