Nice photos, Nick! Glad to help. I went the other way some time ago: although I have often considered re-acquiring a Leica M and a lens or two and using it exclusively with XP2 Super, doing that doesn't my workflow needs as well as digital capture does and the running costs are considerably higher. So I've put my effort into learning digital capture and rendering for my B&W work instead. Most of my desire for going with the M and film is really because I do miss the experience of using an M ... and now that the M9 is out, and the Fuji X100 is announced, it looks like I'll be able to get that part of what I want back with digital capture eventually. An M9 will take a while for me to afford, given the economy of the past couple of years, but I'm a patient person. :-) Regards ND filters, you can never go wrong with B+W filters and their MRC coatings. I like their numbering system for the ND line more than other filter vendors too: it's simple and logical. Since the only filters I use anymore are ND and CP, and I only need a couple of them, I've bought all I need now in B+W (with two exceptions) and that's what I use exclusively. -- Godfrey godfreydigiorgi.posterous.com -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
