I just did a quick Google search. The one I have is the 3218 and
Adorama still lists it:

B&H, on the other hand, seems to now use Manfrotto numbers. I think the
one I have is the 681b, but I'm not positive.
I use it with a Bogen 3262 medium ball head most of the time, with a
400/5.6 mounted on it.
